Rajiv’s enviable role involves promoting Netflix’s Original Series. He also draws on his background in social to create social media campaigns and manage marketing for the wider Netflix brand.

Rajiv began his career in TV as a trainee at the BBC. Working his way up to Assistant Producer, he was part of the team behind the Webby Award-winning spin-off Eastenders: E20, created for the original soap’s 25th anniversary. It successfully met its goal of drawing in younger viewers, laying the ground for Rajiv to move up to the Head of Social Media for BBC One and Two the following year. His responsibilities included leading social campaigns for a variety of shows, including Top Gear, Sherlock, Doctor Who, and Great British Bake Off. Rajiv also had a hand in shaping the strategic proposal for BBC Three: earning recognition as an Edinburgh TV Festival 'One to Watch', and one of Broadcast magazine's ‘Hotshots’. He now sits on BAFTA’s Learning and New Talent Committee and the Promax Advisory Council, contributing to their strategies and insights for building communities and engaging with new audiences.
