Shib’s inspiration for starting YunoJuno came from an unlikely experience: a hire-car booking. Realising a similar service could be used to hire people, he set out to shake up the future of work by building ’the best workplace in the world’.

YunoJuno is now the UK’s leading platform for professional freelancers, connecting clients to elite talent and making as many as 30,000 bookings a year. Shib’s team also hosts regular events, including the cheekily-namedSweet FA awards, to help freelancers build community and celebrate each others’ skills. At other times, Shib can be found giving interviews about the future of work orraising awareness of mental health.
