Ravi is a long-time supporter and commissioner of South Asian talent. Through his pop-culture focused agency Soursop, he pushes clients to represent brown faces on and off-camera and actively develops editorial projects that speak to South Asian culture. 

In his past life, Ravi commissioned TV at Channel 4 – such as adocumentary on the emerging British Asian underground scene, featuring an early-career Riz Ahmed. He has also run departments at VICE and Dazed, and made work for Viacom, the BBC and The Guardian. Ravi continues to show his support for the culture as a member of networking platformChaiwaale.
