Natasha is a natural innovator, using her design training and business sense to create positive impact. As co-founder of growth consultancy Bow and Arrow, she finds solutions for as-yet unmet customer needs. Recent ventures include Mobilise, a platform she’s building with MOBO to help Black talent propel their careers. Natasha is also passionate about pushing young creatives beyond execution and into more influential roles at the top table.
